Gloriavale school slammed by Education Review Office

Gloriavale’s school has come under fire from the Education Review Office (ERO) because it’s students are not progressing and achieving well, and their health and safety is not being monitored sufficiently.
ERO found Gloriavale Christian School is not providing an adequate education to meet the registration criteria for a private school.
ERO’s director of schools, Shelley Booysen, released a report after a special review of the West Coast Christian community’s school.
It says ERO is not assured that all children up to the age of 16 are successfully engaged in meaningful learning programmes and pathways, are not progressing and achieving well, and their health and safety while accessing education is not sufficiently monitored.
