Today I popped down to Timaru to meet with the team at Gloriavale Leavers’ Support Trust. The work they do is extensive, broad and incredibly important. From supporting leavers into accommodation and work to supplying them with counselling, driving lessons and educational courses, the Trust works hard to prepare Gloriavale leavers’ to live their best lives on the outside. It was great to talk with the team about the work they are doing and how I can best support them in their end goal of ending the ideology of Gloriavale.
