The area that includes the Gloriavale Christian Community has had the biggest percentage point jump for first doses of any suburb nationwide.

Just 343 of Lake Brunner’s eligible population of 593 people had rolled up their sleeve for the first jab as of last week. But in seven days, that number jumped to 452.

The percentage of residents who have had one dose have now grown from 57.7 to 76.2 per cent.
