It’s hoped a new film about the West Coast commune of Gloriavale will give the public a better insight into the fight for change still being waged.

Released on Saturday as part of New Zealand’s International Film Festival, the documentary simply titled Gloriavale follows one woman who still lives there and is challenging the leadership’s direction.
